This consistent range of accuracy provides our clients with a level of comfort and confidence in our estimates and cost projections.
Our cost data bank of more than 100,000 line items is developed and constantly updated to reflect current market conditions. And our involvement with project management, construction administration, scheduling, and estimating for actual contractors and subcontractors provides us with excellent feed back and "real time" cost and production information.
